At Our Little White Barn we strive to offer products of the highest quality and efficacy in an effort to help everyone upgrade their health. However, if you are not 100% satisfied after purchasing one of our products for the first time, just let us know within 90 days, and you can receive a full refund. Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the product purchase only; shipping charges or return shipping costs will not be credited. Return of the GB4000, Amplifier or MOPA have a 25% re-stocking fee. This is due to having to send the equipment back to the original manufacturer to make sure everything is in proper working condition.

Purchasing Policy

Once your order is received we will process within 48 business hours. A shipping label is created and the tracking information is emailed to you.

Return Policy

Our Little White Barn upholds rigorous standards of quality, safety, and efficacy within our product lines as a result we do not resell returned product. If you need to return a product we are happy to assist you. You will need to package the product up to be returned and send back to Our Little White Barn. Postage will be your responsibility. If you believe that your product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We are able to offer a replacement or product credit for the item. Shipping Policy

All orders are generally shipped within 24 hours Monday-Friday 8am – 4pm EST Our Little White Barn does not guarantee shipping and delivery times. We ship using UPS or USPS priority mail. The day the package leaves our facility does not count as a shipping day nor do Saturdays or Sundays.
